About this project

Parsel is a terminal UI HTTP client for crafting requests and inspecting responses without leaving the keyboard. It is built in Rust with Ratatui rendering, Vim-inspired modal editing, and Tokio for non-blocking HTTP.

You configure the URL, method, query, headers, and body on the left, send with Enter, and read the response on the right. Query params, headers, and body fields use simple key: value lines, with JSON or form encoding for the body.

The project is distributed as a cross-platform binary with an install script, and it is a working example of systems programming with complex event handling and memory-efficient string processing in a TUI.
