Nairobi real estate platform with a fast public site, SEO-driven listing pages, and a CRM that captures WhatsApp leads through the Meta API.
Sadiamond Properties Limited needed a site that sells Nairobi inventory — homes, rentals, godowns, commercial space, and land — and a way to actually keep the leads that come in. The public site is built for speed and browsing: search by type, category, location, and price, with listing pages that match how buyers look.
SEO is part of the product, not a plugin. Canonical URLs, structured data, and landing pages generated from live inventory (sale, rent, neighborhood, property type) stay in sync with what is on the market, so search traffic lands on pages that still have stock.
Behind the listings is a CRM and agent dashboard for tracking inquiries end to end. WhatsApp is the channel clients actually use; the Meta API pipes those conversations into the same lead pipeline as web forms, so an agent follows the thread instead of hunting through a phone inbox.
Lead tracking: Web and WhatsApp inquiries land in one CRM so the client can follow up without losing context.
Performance, UX, and SEO: Fast Nuxt public site with listing search, inventory-driven landing pages, and search metadata that stays current.
WhatsApp via Meta API: Leads from WhatsApp Business are captured through the Meta API instead of dying in a personal chat list.
